Returns and Refund Policy

At Thrifti Tradez, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund is delayed, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account or credit card again.
- Contacting your payment provider or bank.
- Reaching out to us if needed at support@thriftitradez.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for safe delivery.
