Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and invoices.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
Return Process
Contact Thrifti Tradez support to request a return.
Once approved, send the product to our office address provided by our team.
After the returned item arrives at our office and is inspected, we will process your request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has arrived at our office and passed inspection.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
